My favourite way to enjoy a quick meal or treat is in the shape of a protein smoothie.
In Keto, not much fruit is allowed, if any, so all my smoothies involve berries, which I can indulge in if I wish.
This time I felt like a bit of a treat, so I made a chia pudding base and topped it with the berry smoothie. Yum! The perfect breakfast!
For the Chia Pudding:
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 1/2 tbs chia seeds
Let them sit overnight in the fridge.
Blend almond milk, frozen berries of your choice along with protein powder of your choice until smooth and pour over the chia pudding.
