Keto Meal Idea-Steamed Korean Eggs

This is my favourite way to enjoy eggs.

I was introduced to steamed eggs by a young Korean girl I worked with.

Traditionally they eat it as a side dish, 1 egg is one person 2 for two people etc, but you can make a pretty yummy meal out of it too!

Here’s how I do it.

Korean Steamed Eggs

2 eggs

1/4 cup water/vegetable broth

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Spices of your choice

Beat or blend your ingredients until frothy, pour into a ramekin and steam in bamboo steamer or double boiler until firm (the surface should still be slightly jiggly but not runny).

The result should be smooth and custard like.

You can side it with your choice of salad.
