Spices of your choice
Shred cauliflower in blender until fine.
Shred zucchini and carrot to desired size.
Squeeze out any excess water and blend with spices and some cheese, then lay in a baking tray, load with cheddar cheese and bacon and bake in oven.
Alternatively, you can pour the cauliflower in a ramekin, top with cheese and bacon and bake in the oven. It saves you the extra steps and is less messy.
