Chicken thigh fillet and lettuce salad
1 chicken thigh fillet
A little olive or coconut oil
Spices of your choice
Lettuce and cucumber
You can cook this the way you prefer but I cut my fillet in small pieces, throw in a small pot with a little olive oil and my preferred spices and let them cook. Nothing special about the process, but it’s easy, delicious and healthy.
Side with a lettuce and cucumber salad.
